208 Turf may verify details in this application, including contacting references, past clients/GCs, and suppliers; confirming licenses, bonds, and insurance with issuing agencies; and requesting updated certificates from our insurance agent.
If a project requires it, our workers may be subject to background checks and/or motor-vehicle record checks as allowed by law. We will obtain any needed employee consents before sending them to your jobsites and will keep those on file.
If we seek credit terms, deposits, or mobilization advances, 208 Turf may obtain business credit reports. No consumer credit report will be pulled on any owner/individual without a separate written disclosure and authorization as required by law.
We consent to use of electronic records and e-signatures for this application, prequalification, purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, lien waivers, pay apps, and notices. We can request paper copies at 20 N Middleton Road. Nampa, ID or withdraw e-consent by emailing [email protected]; doing so may slow processing.
We consent to receive project and bidding communications (email or text) related to invites, scheduling, safety, and accounting. We can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails via unsubscribe. Message/data rates may apply.
